ABC BUSTS VISIONS CABARET - FINDS ROOMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED FOR YEARS AND THAT THE PREVIOUS ABC ADMINISTRATION KNEW ABOUT BUT DID NOTHING

ABC Administration Direct Bud Roberts recently personally conducted an investigation into allegations of violations of ABC rules and policy at Visions Cabaret.  Roberts found evidence of prostitution, indecent sexual conduct and 98 other problems.

ABC ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR BUD ROBERTS WITH ABC ENFORCEMENT DARRYL TALLEY IN TOW

THE TEMPERATURE WAS 80 DEGREES, SO WHY IS BUD WEARING A TRENCH COAT???

Watch FOX 13's news report of ABC Administration Director Bud Roberts personally investigating the strip club.

DID ROBERTS CHECK OUT THE PRIVATE ROOMS?  WAS HIS VISIT CAPTURED ON THE CLUB'S CAMERAS?

Our investigation has determined that the ABC had knowledge of the private rooms at Visions Cabaret and the current ABC Administration is having a showdown with the Enforcement side and it is evidence of the conflict between the ABC Administration section headed by Roberts and the ABC Enforcement section led by tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet (for now anyways).

An ABC Violation report from August 2008 clearly makes reference to Visions Cabaret having private rooms for the activity commonly known to strip club patrons and the world in general as lapdances.

Another ABC Violation Report from June 2013 also referenced lapdances.

Followers of this blog will remember that former ABC Administration Director Mike Langley enjoyed a  little strange every now and then and perhaps he visited the club and did not have issues with the private rooms for private "dances".

Perhaps former ABC Enforcement Agent Jerrell Smith had an arrangement with this establishment like he did with the strip club owned by Billy Marfoglio who gave him a Taser as a "gift".

Whatever happened in the prior ABC Administration, we feel certain that Roberts is trying to do the right thing and deal fairly with permit holders and violations and the fair and consistent application of the ABC rules/policy.

Anyway, enjoy a lapdance on us!

************

Speaking of former ABC Enforcement Agent Jerrell Smith, an appeal of the Arkansas Ethics Commission's decision concerning his being given a Taser by Billy Marfoglio has been filed and the matter will be heard by Judge Wendell Griffin.
