ABC BOARD LACKS DIVERSITY AND LEADERSHIP

THE ABC BOARD LACKS DIVERSITY AND IS WHITE AS A KLAN ROBE

A recent visit to a meeting of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board would have been hilarious due to the antics resulting from lack of experienced leadership by the newly appointed chairman and lack of experience and knowledge of laws of the newly hired attorneys except for a startlingly discovery.

With the "retirement" of the only person of color on the board , Jean Hervey, the board is now 100% white.

We have personally observed the Board going after minority applicants and permit holders in the past and now that the last barrier has been removed, it will only get worse.

TAINTED ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR HAD TO LET ABC ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR TAKE HEAT IN COURT DUE TO HIS ISSUES WITH CREDIBILITY

TAINTED ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR BOYCE HAMLET - AFRAID TO APPEAR BEFORE JUDGE GRIFFIN AS HE ONCE TESTIFIED IN A CASE BEFORE JUDGE GRIFFIN THAT HE HAD ISSUES WITH CREDIBILITY AND TRUTHFULNESS.

The problem with having admitted liar Boyce Hamlet as ABC Enforcement Director, the one we have been bringing up since he was appointed, is causing the ABC and the citizens of Arkansas serious problems with  Medical Marijuana becoming a reality in Arkansas.

Readers will recall that we exposed Hamlet getting hired and fired by the Arkansas State Police for cheating on an exam and then lying to ASP internal investigators multiple times.

We also exposed that Hamlet lied on job applications to cover up his hiring and firing by the ASP to obtain jobs in law enforcement he would not have been able to obtain had he told the truth and listed his employment and termination with the ASP on each job application he filed after his shameful and career ending escapade with the ASP.

Back in 2015,  Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Mackie Pierce stated that Hamlet posed problems for the ABC being the ABC Enforcement Director due to his issues with truthfulness.

That finding by Judge Pierce and a case before Judge Griffin in 2016 in which Hamlet appeared as a witness and testified that he had issues with credibility and truthfulness is why ABC Administrative Director Mary Robin Casteel had to take all the blame for the failure of Hamlet's team of "elite" agents botching up the simple process of using Google Earth to verify that the five selected applications for Medical Marijuana cultivation facilities were the appropriate distance from a school or church.

ABC Enforcement agents routinely verify the distance from a proposed alcoholic beverage permit and that same standard is uses in vetting Medical Marijuana cultivation and dispensary permit applications. ABC Enforcement agents use Google Earth as one method of checking out the distance and have complained that is their only "tool".

So Casteel had to be the one take the heat for Hamlet and admit that ABC Enforcement agents failed to do their job because Hamlet was afraid of what would happen if he was the one on the stand before Judge Griffin.

CASTELL ANNOUNCING THE FIVE SELECTED CULTIVATION APPLICATION IN FEBRUARY

Judge Griffin noted that the ABC played a huge part in his decision as they failed to follow their own procedures.

JUDGE GRIFFIN KNOWS THE TRUTH ABOUT HAMLET AND HIS ISSUES WITH TRUTHFULNESS

No doubt what Judge Pierce said about Hamlet is coming true.

Now the citizens of Arkansas that could benefit from Medical Marijuana can thank the Governor for appointing Hamlet and then letting him stay in the position once his tainted past was exposed.

Reports have been pouring in to us about connections between Hamlet and several of the individuals that submitted applications for a cultivation facility.

Stay tuned for updates.
