ILLEGAL OPERATIONS NET BIG FUNDS FOR ABC

The ABC raked in almost $200,000 in 2015 from illegal compliance operations using minors and underage adults.
Previous posts have detailed how the ABC and other law enforcement agencies violate Arkansas laws by illegally using minors and underage adults to try and purchase alcoholic beverages.

The ABC even provided financial compensation to their underage criminal accomplices.

The Department of Finance & Administration and the ABC have refused to comment on their illegal law breaking behavior.  We are not surprised.  They also refuse to address problems with the employment of tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet and his extremely troubling problem with lying and lack of credibility.

The income from the fines resulting from the illegal operations is one reason they do not want to address the issue of their breaking the law using minors and underage individuals.

The matter of tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet? Fear of incurring the wrath of Governor Hutchinson for questioning his giving a job to a completely unqualified individual.

These fines are a cash cow for the troubled agency and one that might pose a problem from them when a brave permit holder takes them to court over sanctions resulting from illegal law enforcement operations.
