ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR DRINKS ON THE JOB

A report provided by DFA Communications Director Jake Bleed, documents that
tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet drinks on the job.

JEFFERSON CO. SHERIFF'S DEPT. INVESTIGATOR DENNIS KENDAL & ABC AGENT TRENT VOLLMER

If medical marijuana is made legal by voters this November in Arkansas, the ABC is the agency that will regulate outlets. Head scratch-er huh.

Will Boyce light one up to test it? Probably.

Only if the law enforcement officer is an idiot or under extreme duress this should ever occur.

Secondly if a prosecutor ever discovered that the undercover or any officer used or sampled a product during an investigation,  he or she would have to disclose that to the defense attorney of the suspect that had sold or furnished the drugs/booze. That law enforcement officer would stand to loose all credibility in court, at his job and in his community.

But Hamlet already lost his credibility, 15 years ago.

And that same prosecutor now has to make disclosures about  ABC Enforcement due to Hamlet heading that agency.  Judge Mackie Pierce made that very clear in his findings in the AFOIA case we won to obtain the Arkansas State Police Investigation file on Hamlet.

It is unbelievable that Hamlet has been able to stay on with all the information that has been uncovered about him.

Hopefully he will be looking for another job before too long.
