THE ABC ALLOWS SOFT CORE PORN SHOWS AND BEATDOWNS AT TEXARKANA BAR.

SHOOTERS SPORTS BAR

The ABC for some unknown reason refuses to shut down a Texarkana Bar that has long been a problem in that border town. The questionable bar is Shooters Sports Bar.

There have been complaints made about Shooters since it opened. The complaints have run the gamut from serving minors, serving clearly intoxicated individuals, racism, illegal advertisements and employees beating patrons.

There is an active lawsuit against Shooters and several of its employees in which it is alleged Shooters employees attacked a patron and severely injured him to the point that his injuries required medical treatment (By the way, the ABC has nothing in their file on Shooters regarding the 2013 incident that resulted in the lawsuit).

This is not the first time Shooters employees have been involved in violent activity at the club. This is one from June 2011.

This is one from 2008.

Shooters also has some questionable entertainment that appears to violate ABC Rules & Regulations.  They frequently have the Hollywood Knockouts there and these are nothing more that soft core porn shows that are presented as oil and whip cream wrestling bouts.

THAT WHIPPED CREAM MUST BE REALLY COLD

IS THAT A BANANA IN YOUR POCKET?

WHIPPED CREAM WEDGIE

Videos posted on YouTube give you an idea what the not so soft core porn, audience participation shows are like:

VIDEO 1  Females in underwear rub oil on shirtless men while provocatively gyrating on sitting on the men's backs while a song about penis' plays.

VIDEO 2  Females sit on men and provocatively thrust their crotch into the men's faces.

VIDEO 3 Just roll around and have fun. More provocative crotch thrusting and spanking.

VIDEO 4  "This is what we call the pussy pile."

VIDEO 5 Men rub oil all over bodies of the females in underwear. Even between the legs.

This is their own preview video. Yes, you did see where babies come from in this short clip. And to use Attorney General Leslie Rutledge's own words, there was "no grass on the field."

Take a look at their Twitter page as well. But have to be over 18 to access the Hollywood Knockouts website.

Shooters also has some male performers that dance and strip to shake their junk at the crowd and involve the ladies in the audience in their act with simulated oral sex and other things that would make Jesus weep.

HAPPY PATRON SHOWS US HER "O" FACE

ARE YOU HAPPY TO BE SO CLOSE TO MY BREASTS? YES YOU ARE!

BOTTOMS UP!

VIDEO 1 The guys do lap dances, simulate oral sex acts, drop trousers and more.

Take a look at their promotional video. And this one as well.

These activities take place in spite of what the ABC said to them in response to their application.

THERE IS NOTHING IN THE ABC FILE ON SHOOTERS TO INDICATE THIS WAS EVER APPEALED

Sex themed events seem to be a common occurrence at Shooters.

Shooter's appears to encourage drinking to excess as evidenced by posts on their Facebook page.

Heck, Shooters wants you to get loaded and will even provide free transportation to and from the place.

Too bad they did not have this service back in 2008 when they allowed two inebriated minors into their establishment and got them more inebriated.  Shortly after the two drunk teens left Shooters they were involved in a single vehicle wreck that resulted in the  death of one of the young lads.

Don't let the fact that they only spent around $25.00 for their drinks.  You have to factor in Shooters special drink prices, twenty-five bucks can buy a lot of booze.

The ABC fined Shooters a mere $700.00 for allowing the minors into their establishment and serving them drinks that was a contributing factor in the death of one of the minors. By the way,  this amount was not the maximum that Shooters could be fined and the fine was covering several unrelated violations that had taken place in a short time in 2008.

As previously mentioned Shooters is always getting busted and fined for permitting minors to enter and purchase alcoholic beverages.

One incident is rather humorous, not the drinking part but what the minor's mother did.

Back in November 2007, Shooters let a minor in and served him drinks (a pitcher of beer and two shots).  When the minor rolled into his residence, his mother confronted him about missing dinner (after all it was a Monday school night). The well liquored-up lad confessed his transgressions to his mother.  The next day the mother went to Shooters and poured a barrel of whoop-ass on the manager. She demanded to see the security camera video. The manager allowed the mom to view the CCTV footage.

After confirming that her son told her the truth about his afternoon at Shooters the mom filed a police report.

FROM TEXARKANA AR PD REPORT

The ABC fined Shooters $300.00 for this incident.

The ABC handed out another $300.00 fine to Shooters for some giant inflatables for a Bikers Against Child Abuse fund raising event in June 2010.

This is another humorous episode in that Shooters purchased the beer from Bolls Distributing and borrowed the inflatables from one of Bolls competitors, Eagle Distributing.  Bolls saw the inflatables (not his brand) and bitched about them to the ABC.

Maybe Shooters gets off easy as they are often represented by Charles Singleton, a former ABC Administration Director. Maybe former ABC Board member Ron Fuller had something to do with them getting some slack in their dealings with the ABC when he was on the board. Or it could have been due to nutty ABC Enforcement agent Rick Endsley who recently retired an was over that area.

No matter what the reason, it's obvious that the ABC has failed to protect the citizens of Texarkana from a dangerous establishment and has shirked their responsibility and allowed them to remain open when its extremely clear that Shooters is not in the public interest and convenience,  unless you are an alcoholic.
