a Smith before she became a Powell. Seletia’s
mom divorced and remarried when Seletia was a young child and she married a guy named Powell. While we can’t be sure that Seletia married her step-brother the whole
last name thing is too much of a coincidence, but this is Arkansas after all.
Seletia’s
mom ran a failed campaign to be the Columbia County Circuit Clerk last year,
but now she has time to help with the grand baby so Seletia can enforce those liquor
laws.
