ABC Board chairwoman Janet Moore, a Hot Springs attorney, has ties to Wade Naramore, the Garland County Judge who has admitted to causing the death of his infant son.
Moore is the attorney of record for Naramore and his sister in a lawsuit where they sued New York Life Insurance Company for the cash from a life insurance policy of their deceased father. They claim the proceeds of the policy were due to them pursuant to the 1994 decree from their parents divorce.
Wade Naramore has been charged with negligent homicide in the July 24, 2015 death of his infant son. However, Moore is not representing him in that matter. It's not known if Naramore had an insurance policy on his infant son.
