ACIC TO INVESTIGATE ALLEGATIONS THAT BOYCE HAMLET MISUSED ACCESS TO INFORMATION

The Arkansas Crime Information Center ("ACIC") is looking into allegations that Boyce Hamlet, the tainted ABC Enforcement Director, misused his access to the ACIC system for his own benefit and gain in posts he made on his Facebook page End the Arkansas Parole Crisis.

Brad Cazort, an administrator at the ACIC, is reviewing a detailed complaint and looking into an allegation of multiple violations of terms of use of ACIC resources by Hamlet when he was an employee of Cody Highland, the Prosecuting Attorney for the 20th Judicial District.

This makes the third such complaint filed in regard to Hamlet in the last few days. The other complaints were made to the Arkansas Ethic Committee and  the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney. The Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training ("CLEST") is in the process of revoking Hamlet's only law enforcement certification.

We understand that ABC employee's have a "Goodbye Boyce" pool going that predicts the day he will get the old heave-ho or "retire".
