ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR BOYCE HAMLET HAD UNPAID STATE INCOME TAXES FROM 2006 WHEN APPOINTED TO POSITION

Tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet can add deadbeat to his list of character traits.  Records filed with the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk reveal that besides being a cheater, fraudster and liar, Hamlet refused to take care of his personal tax liability from 2005 until he was appointed to a position at the Department of Finance and Administration and was forced to pay his long over due tax obligation to the State of Arkansas (DFA takes a dim view of their employees having unpaid tax or child support).

Hamlet is not the only ABC employee that refused to pay their state tax obligation. Back in July we posted a story about ABC Enforcement agent Kenny Heroman who refused to tax care of his personal state tax obligation for two years (2010 and 2011).

It is unbelievable that DFA would want to have employees in a division of their agency that deals with compliance to be out of compliance with state laws about paying taxes.

Hamlet was an extremely poor choice for the position of ABC Enforcement administrator and one wonders what he has on Asa Hutchison to be able to obtain a law enforcement position for which he has no experience and lacks qualifications required by DFA to hold the position.  Evidence of his lack of character keep surfacing.  What will we find next?
