ETHICS COMMISSION SET TO HOLD PROBABLE CAUSE HEARING ON BOYCE HAMLET'S FAILURE TO FILE A REQUIRED FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE

The Arkansas Ethics Commission has set a probable cause hearing this Friday, August 19th at 9:00 a.m., on a complaint that tainted ABC Enforcement Director failed to file a required statement of financial interest form when he was appointed.

In June, Hamlet attempted to put a spin on the seriousness of his failure to follow the law.

This was not unexpected, as Hamlet has a documented history of stretching the truth to go along with his filing false and misleading documents and his lack of credibility.

On June 13, 2016, Hamlet filed a statement of financial interest for for the year 2014, that he was supposed to file within 30 days of being appointed or hired.

Hamlet disclosed on the form that he owed back taxes at the time of his appointment.  Add tax deadbeat to this imbeciles mounting list of accomplishments.

Look for a follow-up on Friday and we will let you know if Hamlet breaks down and cries like he has in other stressful circumstances.
