DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE USES ABC TO HARASS A RIVAL CO-WORKER

SARAH KYLE
Sarah Kyle from Harrison,  who used to work for Federal Express, emailed the ABC a complaint about a minor allegedly drinking in Brick Oven Pizza.

One small thing that she did not tell the ABC was that the alleged minor was a former co-worker that she apparently held some grudge against.

Klye's own Facebook information shows the work connection.

The ABC assigned one of their elite agents to investigate, to little (or no) avail.

Not to leave any stone unturned and Winter had not yet arrived (Coon has stated that he does little work in the winter months), Agent Coon used his "cooperating minor" Gavin Prince to set up an illegal sting operation by breaking the law to try and catch Brick Oven breaking the law.

GAVIN PRINCE

Coon also used Prince in another illegal operation in March when he was a minor.

However, Prince was not a minor as he had gained the age of majority on May 8, 2016.

As we have mentioned in previous posts, under current Arkansas law, the ABC's use of minors and under-aged adults to attempt to purchase or purchase alcoholic beverages is illegal.

There is no exemption in this statue to permit ABC agents or any other law enforcement agency to use a minor or under-aged individual in compliance operations.  Even a Congressional Report points this out.

The ABC issues citations to outlets stating that the outlet sold an alcoholic beverage unknowingly to a minor even though most of the cooperating individuals that they pay to break the law are not in fact minors.

It is only a matter of time before a victim of the ABC's illegal activities fights a citation and uses the information we have provided to overturn that citation in Circuit Court.

MOM EMAILS ABC ABOUT OUT OF CONTROL DAUGHTER

Sonya Walker of Benton sent the ABC an email that reveals how her out of control daughter was running with the wrong crowd and apparently got into Club Level in Little Rock.

Walker appears to be in hot water herself in that Little Rock has a juvenile curfew and she can be held responsible for her daughter violating the curfew.

A search of violation resumes on the ABC website did not reveal any action taken against the club as a result of the mom's complaint.

Perhaps the ABC has some new recruits to assist them in their illegal sting operations.

ABC EMPLOYEE CLAIMS PERMIT HOLDER IS CROOKED

JUDY CHWALINSKI

ABC Administration employee Judy Chwalinski claimed in an email a few months ago that permit holder Irene Alamillia was a crook.

We didn't find in any violation reports that alcoholic beverages were being sold at Maricos while their permit was suspended.

Maybe Judy was upset about not getting extra fish tacos when eating there.

************

Stay tuned for some posts about disgruntled individuals making complaints about co-workers at restaurants to the ABC and a  mother complaining about her underage daughter sneaking into adult venues.

ABC USED QUESTIONABLE INDIVIDUAL AS A COOPERATING MINOR

According to information released to use by Jake Bleed, DFA Communications Director, the ABC used Kody Lane Henson in their illegal entrapment operations.

KODY LANE HENSON

In a video Henson posted on his Facebook page, Henson claims that he is "not barred out or on drugs", but admits that he "smokes pot and eats pot, but I'm not on drugs."

Be advised that the video contains profanity, lots of it.

Pot, or marijuana, is indeed is a drug and at the present time it is an illegal drug under Federal and Arkansas law.

In a previous post we exposed the poor choice they made in using a sketchy Bryant Police Officer in these illegal operations.

Apparently the ABC has little respect for the law itself and sees nothing wrong with using questionable individuals in their illegal operations.

That's what happens when you have a tainted Enforcement Director, like Boyce Hamlet.
